What it costs
to work with us.

Most agencies make you book a call to hear a number. We publish ours. Below are our fixed-price starter packages, typical ranges for full projects, and exactly what moves the price up or down.

Fig. 03 — How we bill

Two ways to work together.

Fixed scope, fixed price

Quoted per project

You know exactly what you are paying before we write a line of code, and the number does not move unless you change the scope. Best when you know what you want built.

  • Milestone invoicing — 30% to start
  • Written scope both sides sign
  • Change requests quoted separately

Dedicated team

from $4,500/month

A developer or small team working only on your product, month to month. Best when the roadmap will keep evolving and you want to steer it.

  • Full-time or part-time allocation
  • Direct access to the people building
  • Cancel with 30 days notice

Fig. 04 — What changes the number

Why two apps can differ by $40,000.

The honest answer to “why does it cost that?”. These are the things that genuinely move a quote.

  • How many user roles

One type of user is simple. Customers plus staff plus an admin dashboard is three products wearing a trench coat.

  • Payments and compliance

Taking money means gateways, refunds, invoices, tax rules and security review. Healthcare or finance adds compliance work on top.

  • Integrations

Connecting to systems you already run is usually straightforward. Connecting to old software with no documented API is not.

  • Design from scratch or not

If you bring designs, we build them. If you need the product designed first, add discovery and UI work to the estimate.

Fig. 05 — Pricing questions

Straight answers.

Do you charge fixed price or hourly?

Both, and we recommend whichever genuinely fits. Fixed price when the scope is clear — most clients prefer it because the number cannot move. A monthly dedicated team when the roadmap will keep changing.

What is not included in the price?

Third-party costs you pay directly: hosting, domains, app store fees, paid APIs, stock photography and premium plugins. We list them up front rather than surprising you on the invoice.

Do I pay everything up front?

No. We invoice in milestones — typically 30% to begin and the balance across agreed delivery stages. You never pay for a whole project before seeing working software.

What if the project grows halfway through?

We quote the change separately and you decide whether it is worth it. Nothing gets added to your bill without you approving it in writing first.

Is support included after launch?

Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support for anything that is not working as agreed. After that, ongoing maintenance is available as a monthly plan.

Who owns the code?

You do, in full, on final payment. We sign an NDA before we start and assign all intellectual property to you on delivery.
